I stayed in a room with a very attractive price and design. It was cozy and looked great. Nonetheless, there were some issues in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the noise from the street was quite bothersome as the windows didn't cancel it out effectively.

The service here is remarkable. The staff is extremely kind and professional; they are always ready to cater to your needs and make your stay comfortable. However, I encountered a small issue at check-in where one staff member was not wearing a mask, which was a bit concerning.

While it's close to Parque 93 with plenty of good restaurants, the historical center might not be easily accessible due to Bogota's dense traffic. My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location felt very much like a business area, making it convenient for some aspects but not so great for finding open restaurants on weekends. The service from the staff was exceptional, especially Ismael at the front desk, who went out of his way to assist me. However, the noisy rooms on the top floor, along with some bathroom issues, impacted my overall experience.
