amazing food wonderful choices rude staff awful stay
the food was amazing and wonderful. there are great choices. the hotel pools are super clean. they are also clean. sun loungers are plenty and comfortable.
the air con did not go below 22 degrees. the staff were rude. they were dismissive of us. i asked to change rooms but the hotel said i couldn't change room.

The location was convenient. i found the room spacious with ample pillows. the breakfast buffet had many options with fresh omelets. the rooftop pool featured a bar. I enjoyed the atmosphere.
The walls were thin. I could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms.

a romantic getaway, indeed!
fine lobby perfect balcony easy switch great breakfast
I loved the lobby. It was so fine and cute, a great first impression! our room faced the street on the fifth floor, and the balcony was perfect. we stayed half board and enjoyed breakfast with many choices, and dinner. Switching to lunch was easy with a 24-hour notice.
the hotel could use more parasols near the pools! though i always found natural shade.

the reception staff was helpful and efficient, always ready to assist with a smile. cleaning staff maintained perfect standards and attended to rooms early each day. the hotel's service ensured a carefree vacation.

food choices nice food cocktail price great time arian job close sunbeds expensive sunbeds ok entertainment
the food was very nice with always plenty of choices. cocktails at the bar were cheaper than in bars out and about. arian from the entertainment team did water aerobics and he had everyone joining in. we all had a great time. i even got the train to barcelona which was a good experience.
sunbeds are quite close to each other and not all of them have a brolly. it was getting hotter by the day. the entertainment team was just ok. arian was the best guy.

fantastic stay!
helpful receptionist big balcony free safe diligent chambermaid
the receptionist gala checked us in, she was really helpful. our twin room was near the lifts as we requested and had a big balcony plus pool view. we had a free safe and good wi-fi. lidialba cleaned our room so well, changed towels daily, and often changed our bedding too!
The gym had too few bikes, a cross trainer, and a running machine. Getting a workout in was difficult.

the room included two twin beds pushed together and individual reading lights. there was ample storage space in the wardrobe and drawers. a full-length mirror. the bathroom had a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. the air conditioning worked very well.
